Do you test on animals?

We do not test on animals and are proud to say the majority of our products are 100% vegan!


What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have experienced any issues with your order, please contact us at: info@captivecolour.com and we’ll do our best to help you!


My order arrived with damaged items. What do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that, and we’re here to help! Please email us at: info@captivecolour.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and be sure to provide us with your order number. To qualify for a replacement, you must include pictures of your damaged items.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.


The product I want is out of stock! When will it be available again?

Oh no! Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks! We also announce restock dates via social media.


Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Unfortunately, we do not currently sell wholesale nor do we authorize the resale of our products.
